Delete Your MedDex Account

You can permanently delete your MedDex account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Signed-in users can delete their account directly:

1. Open the profile menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
3. Read the confirmation, then type DELETE to confirm.
4. Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

This works the same in the MedDex Android app and on meddex.my.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email meddexedtech@gmail.com from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What is deleted

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

• Your authentication account (email/Google/Apple sign-in) from Supabase.
• Your profile, display name, avatar image and preferences.
• Quiz, Battle and MedDex Hospital progress, XP, ranks and achievements.
• Baihaqi AI chat history and AI usage records.
• MedDex Lens analysis reports and the images stored with them.
• Subscription and entitlement records linked to your account.
• Push-notification device tokens and any uploaded files.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse — for example, billing and transaction logs required for tax and accounting, and security/audit logs. Where such records are kept, they are anonymised and no longer linked to your identity. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may also remain. Retained records are deleted once the applicable legal retention period ends.

Purchases and subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed by Google Play, Apple or Stripe. Cancel any active subscription in the respective store or billing portal before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
