Refund Policy

MedDex Pro subscription

Subscription refunds are assessed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Unused subscription time is not automatically refundable. For a review, contact support with the account email, date of payment, and reason for the request.

Subscriptions bought in the MedDex iPhone or iPad app are billed by Apple, and only Apple can refund them: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made through Google Play are refunded through Google Play.

Physical MedDex Decks

Physical deck refunds follow the terms of the relevant seller or retailer. A redeem code that has already been used may not be refundable because it grants digital deck ownership.
