Refund Policy

MedDex Pro subscription

Subscription refunds are assessed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Unused subscription time is not automatically refundable. For a review, contact support with the account email, date of payment, and reason for the request.

Physical MedDex Decks

Physical deck refunds follow the terms of the relevant seller or retailer. A redeem code that has already been used may not be refundable because it grants digital deck ownership.
