Cancellation Policy

You can cancel MedDex Pro at any time. Where you cancel depends on how you subscribed:

• On the web (Stripe): Profile › Manage Subscription opens the Stripe billing portal.
• In the iPhone or iPad app (App Store): Profile › Manage Subscription in MedDex, or Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your device. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.
• On Android (Google Play): Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal. Your Pro access remains available until the end of your current paid billing period, then ends automatically. We do not automatically refund unused time unless required by law or approved by MedDex.

Physical decks remain yours

Redeemed official MedDex Physical Decks remain accessible after MedDex Pro cancellation. Pro cancellation never removes physical-deck ownership.
