Cancellation Policy

You can cancel MedDex Pro at any time through the Stripe billing portal in your MedDex Profile.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal. Your Pro access remains available until the end of your current paid billing period, then ends automatically. We do not automatically refund unused time unless required by law or approved by MedDex.

Physical decks remain yours

Redeemed official MedDex Physical Decks remain accessible after MedDex Pro cancellation. Pro cancellation never removes physical-deck ownership.
