Terms of Service

MedDex is an educational platform for medical learning and revision. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, local policy, an official imaging report, or clinical supervision.

Educational use

We do not guarantee examination results, clinical competence, model accuracy, or outcomes. AI-generated content may contain errors. You must verify clinical information with the original source, trusted references, lecturers, guidelines, and clinical supervisors before relying on it. You must not use MedDex or MedDex Lens to diagnose, triage, or manage a real patient or to make an automated decision that affects a person's health or wellbeing.

Medical images and acceptable use

You may upload only images you are lawfully authorised and consented to use. You must remove patient names, identifiers, and identifying annotations before upload. Do not upload emergency studies for advice, attempt to represent Lens output as an official report, mislead others about its capabilities, or use it to practise medicine without required qualifications or authorisation.

Model terms

MedDex Lens uses MedGemma weights made available under Google's Health AI Developer Foundations terms and prohibited-use policy. Use of Lens is also subject to restrictions against unlicensed medical practice, misleading health claims, and automated healthcare decisions. See the HAI-DEF Terms and Prohibited Use Policy.

MedDex Pro billing

MedDex Pro is a RM19.90 monthly subscription. It renews automatically unless cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. We may change pricing with advance notice where required by law.

Physical MedDex Decks

Physical MedDex Decks are sold separately. Revision cards and physical-deck content require a valid redeem code supplied with an official deck. MedDex Pro does not unlock physical decks. Redeem codes may not be shared, resold, copied, or used fraudulently.

Accounts and service security

You are responsible for your account, keeping credentials confidential, and providing accurate information. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or model-validation controls, share paid access improperly, scrape content, extract model weights, or use MedDex for unlawful purposes.
